7-day return window
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact JH Mart within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
How to request a return
Use the Contact page to send your return request. JH Mart will review the circumstances and explain the next steps. Please keep the item and its packaging until your request is reviewed.
Eligibility and refunds
Items should be unused and in their original condition where applicable. Hygiene-sensitive or opened personal-care items may not be eligible unless damaged or incorrect. Any approved refund method and timing will be discussed with you directly, since this store takes Cash on Delivery.
